Job Description: Este Medical Group, a leading aesthetics and cosmetic surgery clinic, is seeking qualified and experienced therapists to join our Bristol branch. As a Therapist at Este Medical Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality aesthetic and wellness services to our clients. We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals and enhancing their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultations:

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns and goals.

Provide expert advice on suitable treatments and develop personalised treatment plans.

2. Aesthetic Treatments:

Administer a variety of non-invasive aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and fat reduction treatments.

Ensure all treatments are performed with precision, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.

3. Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and technologies in the aesthetics industry.

Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate skincare products.

4. Client Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and follow-up care.

Address client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

5. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other team members, including therapists, practioners and admin staff, to ensure a seamless and integrated client experience.

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on new techniques and procedures.

6. Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment details, progress notes, and post-treatment recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in aesthetics including laser skin and body treatments
• Preferable NVQ Level 3 to 4 or BTEC requirements
• Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of skincare products and the ability to recommend appropriate home care routines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
