What is a DHI hair transplant?
First, we extract the donor hair follicles from a suitable area of your body or head hair. Hair follicles are extracted under local anaesthetic to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible, they are removed one at time to ensure that they are kept safely to ensure that they will be ready for implementation to give you the most natural results.
The donor hair is then inserted into the scalp using a choi pen. This pen is an implanter, meaning as it creates the incision into the scalp, it also places the hair follicle inside. This can make it a quicker procedure in comparison to other FUE techniques.
