What is Laser Skin Resurfacing?
It is used for the treatment known as skin rejuvenation, which includes the reduction and possible removal of fine lines and wrinkles, improvement of deeper wrinkles, repair of sun damaged skin, the reduction of age spots, blemishes and acne scars.
How does laser skin resurfacing work?
The laser is delivered to the skin through a micro-optics lens and creates pixel sized ablation dots onto the skin which penetrates deep into the area of concern. Depending on the area and type of treatment required we will tailor the level of penetration into the skin.
The pixels created within the skin stimulates the production of new collagen, leading to tighter, firmer looking skin.
