Laser skin resurfacing is a skin rejuvenation treatment that uses lasers to treat a range of skin imperfections, including acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, and more.
Our exceptional Bristol laser skin resurfacing treatment creates micro-injuries on the skin’s surface, triggering the body’s natural healing response and stimulating collagen production. The collagen works to fill in any depressions caused by acne and improve volume in the skin to diminish wrinkles for smoother, younger-looking skin.
By stimulating collagen production, our laser resurfacing treatment at the Bristol clinic not only improves the appearance of existing imperfections in the skin but also enhances its overall health, offering comprehensive rejuvenation you can rely on.
The laser is delivered to the skin through a micro-optics lens and creates pixel sized ablation dots onto the skin which penetrates deep into the area of concern. Depending on the area and type of treatment required we will tailor the level of penetration into the skin.
The pixels created within the skin stimulates the production of new collagen, leading to tighter, firmer looking skin.
The Pixel Laser Resurfacing handheld device emits a laser that heats the target areas. A direct pulse of focused energy contacts the surface of the skin. The energy heats the water retaining with the surface if the skin; the water and tissue of the skin is turned into vapor.
Each time the laser passes over the skin the outer layer of the skin is targeted in a controlled and precise way to begin the natural healing process.
