Ensure all treatments are performed with precision, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.


3. Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and technologies in the aesthetics industry.

Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate skincare products.


4. Client Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and follow-up care.

Address client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.


5. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other team members, including therapists, practioners and admin staff, to ensure a seamless and integrated client experience.

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on new techniques and procedures.


6. Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment details, progress notes, and post-treatment recommendations.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in aesthetics including laser skin and body treatments
  • Preferable NVQ Level 3 to 4 or BTEC requirements
  • Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of skincare products and the ability to recommend appropriate home care routines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
