Eyebrow Transplant London – Natural-Looking Brow Restoration

0% finance available on eligible treatments. Ask our London team during consultation.

If thinning, sparse or uneven eyebrows are affecting the way you feel about your appearance, an eyebrow transplant can provide a long-term solution using your own natural hair.

At Este Medical Group London, you can arrange a personalised eyebrow transplant consultation to discuss your brow shape, existing hair growth, donor hair and treatment goals. Our approach focuses on creating brows that complement your facial proportions rather than applying the same shape or density to every patient.

Our London clinic is located at:

What Is an Eyebrow Hair Transplant?

An eyebrow hair transplant involves moving carefully selected hair follicles from a suitable donor area and implanting them into thinning, sparse or absent areas of the eyebrows.

Unlike cosmetic tattooing or microblading, the treatment uses real hair follicles. Once established, the transplanted hairs grow naturally and can be shaped and trimmed as required.

Because eyebrow hairs sit at very specific angles and change direction across different parts of the brow, careful planning and precise placement are particularly important.

At Este Medical Group, treatment planning considers:

  • Your natural eyebrow shape
  • Existing eyebrow hair
  • Facial proportions and symmetry
  • Hair thickness and texture
  • Donor hair availability
  • Desired density and definition
  • The angle and direction of individual hairs
The aim is natural-looking restoration rather than an artificial or overly uniform appearance.

Who May Consider an Eyebrow Transplant?

People visit our London team for many different reasons.

You may wish to discuss eyebrow restoration if you have:

  • Naturally thin or sparse eyebrows
  • Gaps within your brows
  • Long-term thinning following over-plucking
  • Uneven eyebrow density
  • Areas affected by previous injury or scarring
  • Partial eyebrow hair loss
  • Previous cosmetic eyebrow treatments
  • A desire to improve brow shape or definition
Some forms of eyebrow loss can also have an underlying medical cause. An eyebrow transplant will therefore only be recommended after your suitability has been properly assessed.

Not everyone is automatically suitable for treatment.

Your Eyebrow Transplant Consultation in London

Your consultation is an important part of the process.

Rather than deciding on graft numbers or eyebrow shape from photographs alone, the team will assess your existing eyebrow growth, donor hair characteristics and the result you hope to achieve.

Your consultation may include discussion of:

Your Brow Design

We look at the starting point, arch, tail, thickness and symmetry of your eyebrows in relation to your facial features.

Donor Hair Assessment

Suitable donor follicles need to be available for transplantation. Hair texture and thickness are also considered because the transplanted hair should blend as naturally as possible with your existing brows.

Medical Suitability

The reason for your eyebrow thinning and your general health will be considered before surgical treatment is recommended.

Realistic Expectations

Your team will explain what transplantation can and cannot achieve, along with the likely recovery and growth process.

Advanced DHI Eyebrow Restoration

Este Medical Group uses advanced hair implantation techniques to give the medical team careful control over the placement of transplanted follicles.

With eyebrow restoration, small differences in angle and direction can make a significant difference to the finished appearance.

Individual follicles are therefore positioned according to the planned eyebrow design and the natural direction in which eyebrow hair should grow.

Treatment is performed using local anaesthetic to improve comfort during the procedure.

Your exact technique and treatment plan will be explained following assessment rather than recommending the same approach to every patient.

What Happens After an Eyebrow Transplant?

Some redness, mild swelling or small scabs around the implanted area can occur during early healing.

Transplanted hairs can also shed before new growth begins. This is an expected part of the hair transplant growth cycle and should not be confused with the follicles being lost.

Visible growth develops gradually over the following months, with the appearance continuing to mature over time.

Because donor hairs are usually taken from the scalp, transplanted eyebrow hairs may grow longer than natural eyebrow hairs. Light trimming may therefore become part of your normal eyebrow grooming routine.

Your individual recovery and expected result timeline will be discussed during consultation.

Eyebrow Transplant or Microblading?

Both treatments can change the appearance of the eyebrows, but they work very differently.

Microblading creates the appearance of eyebrow hairs by placing pigment into the skin.

An eyebrow transplant relocates real hair follicles into the eyebrow area.

For someone primarily interested in colour or a temporary cosmetic change, microblading may be appropriate. For someone looking to restore actual hair growth in sparse or missing areas, transplantation may be worth discussing.

Your consultation is an opportunity to decide whether surgery is appropriate rather than assuming an eyebrow transplant is automatically the right option.

Eyebrow Transplant Cost in London

The cost of eyebrow transplantation varies because the treatment is individually planned.

Factors can include:
  • The amount of eyebrow restoration required
  • Existing eyebrow density
  • Donor hair availability
  • Number of follicles required
  • Complexity of the eyebrow design
  • Whether one or both eyebrows require restoration
Following assessment, you will receive a personalised treatment recommendation and quotation.
Finance may be available on eligible treatments, subject to status and applicable terms.

Eyebrow Transplant London FAQs

Can I have an eyebrow transplant consultation in London?
Yes. You can arrange an eyebrow hair transplant consultation with Este Medical Group at our London clinic in Child’s Place, close to Earl’s Court.
The aim is to create natural-looking eyebrow growth by carefully considering hair direction, angle, density and your facial proportions. Results vary between individuals and will depend on factors including donor hair and existing brow growth.
Long-term over-plucking is one of the reasons people consider eyebrow transplantation. Suitability depends on the condition of the brow area and the availability of appropriate donor hair.
They may. Donor hair is commonly taken from the scalp and can retain its original growth characteristics, so occasional trimming may be required.

Transplanted hairs commonly pass through an initial shedding phase before new growth develops gradually over subsequent months. Final maturation takes considerably longer than the initial healing period.

No. The cause of eyebrow loss, donor hair availability, general health, expectations and other individual factors all need to be assessed before treatment is recommended.
