Chemical Peel in Leicester

A chemical peel is a specialised solution applied to the skin, typically on the face, neck, and hands, to target and improve specific skin concerns. The chosen chemical peel is designed to address issues such as pigmentation irregularities, fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, and more.

What is a Chemical Peel?

At Este Medical Group, we’re proud to offer a range of chemical peels in Leicester that have proven to be highly effective in addressing skin concerns including hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, and acne. Our team boasts extensive training in administering chemical peel treatments right here in Leicester, and they are well-equipped to elevate your skincare journey.

We know that every individual’s skincare needs are unique, which is why we tailor each of our chemical peels to address your specific concerns. The magic of our chemical peels lies in their ability to gently yet effectively exfoliate your skin, eliminating those dull, lifeless cells that may be holding back your radiance. In their place, these treatments promote the growth of fresh, healthy skin cells, unveiling a clear, glowing complexion that you truly deserve.

Whether you’re looking for ways to diminish fine lines, combat hyperpigmentation, or bid farewell to acne scars, chemical peels offer the key to rejuvenating your skin and promoting a more youthful, luminous appearance.

Why should I have a Chemical Peel?

We’re all aware of the benefits of regularly exfoliating the skin, but there’s only so much that you can achieve at home. A chemical peel works on the same principle of exfoliation but is done without any harsh abrasive rubbing. Furthermore, the chemical peel solution can achieve much greater results than any at home exfoliation can.

If you want to see instant results on your skin, and experience a treatment that is tailored to your own skin concerns, a chemical peel treatment makes perfect sense. Whether you’re suffering from wrinkles, fine lines, acne scarring, sun damage, pigmentation marks, bad skin texture, or facial folds, a chemical peel treatment can help.

Those surface layers of dead skin cells are whisked away by the solution so that the skin below is freed up to produce new, fresh skin cells. The result? Skin that appears brighter, with less lines, better texture, skin marks and scars that aren’t so noticeable, and overall generally more youthful and improved.

FAQ's

How Long Is The Procedure?

A chemical peel treatment is relatively quick. When you come in for your consultation we’ll check your skin with our Skin Scanner UV system so that we can ascertain which chemical peel is right for you. The actual procedure itself doesn’t take long at all. We will cleanse and prep your skin, then apply the peel, wait a few minutes for it to do its work, then neutralise it and remove.

Results vary from person to person, and are also dependent on the type and depth of the chemical peel applied. You can expect to see a significant improvement to skin concerns such as acne, scarring, sun damage and ageing signs. Your skin will also look brighter and revitalised.

If you want to brighten up dull, tired skin then a chemical peel can be a good choice. It’s also helpful if you suffer from conditions such as:

  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Sun damage/sun spots
